Short break due to tick rabies

Sorry for the delay in writing. I was in the hospital a for few days due to a constant acute migraine and nausea and I’m returning now for more tests and hopefully better meds.

2 CAT scans, several blood tests and a spinal tap later…

Acute Lyme Meningitis

So, public notice: *Beware of Tick*

And now Doxycycline is here to make it all better.

I hope.

  1. Thanks for the support, Jay.

I actually ended up back in the hospital until yesterday. Apparently I have a tick borne virus so I’m currently on a lot of meds and have started working again on the latest story tonight.

It was a bit difficult before as my mind would go from sex to, “Ahhhhh… that’s right. Just stick that ice pack on my head. Yeah… now stick that other ice pack on my head. Oh god it feels better… now another pain pill. Pleeeeeez..”

    Not quite as sexy.

Anyways, I’m really happy that you finally got your work permit! I know how stressful that process is! I was soooo excited to receive mine for Korea.

    Hope you’re enjoying your summer!

    Cerise 🙂

  2. Hi, Cerise.
Are u okay? migraine can really take every energy out of u. My sis has migraine for yrs and everytime it hits her, It’s very hard to watch her suffer. I hope it’s nothing serious and just the heat. Don’t work to hard, U got lot of writting left for ur fans.. 🙂

BTW Thanks, I am thrilled finally my work permit got throu. like u said now I can actually plan my living foundation here in Toronto. 🙂

Anyway, I’m pretty sure the test will come out just fine and it’s probably just a sign to take some time off from work.

    take care,
